Preparing CBD Caesar Salad
A little elbow grease, and your Caesar salad will very quickly become the health reflex that refines your figure while getting rid of the stress that punctuates your daily life.
Homemade croutons
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. Mix the bread cubes with the olive oil and chopped garlic, then spread them on a baking tray. Roast until golden and crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking for even cooking.
The chef's secret: for even tastier croutons, sprinkle them with a little parmesan and black pepper before putting them in the oven!
Grilled chicken, your little dose of protein
Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper, then grill over medium heat until cooked through and juicy, about 6 to 7 minutes. each side. Leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
The chef's secret: for a richer taste, marinate the chicken in a mixture of olive oil, garlic and lemon juice for at least an hour before grilling. Even better if you do it the day before, but we're not all that far-sighted...
CBD Caesar sauce: the soul of the dish
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, Dijon mustard, anchovies, crushed garlic and lemon juice. Slowly add the olive oil, continuing to whisk until you obtain a smooth emulsion. Then add the drops of CBD oil and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Little tip : integrate CBD oil last to preserve its pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. A real treat for body and mind!
CBD Caesar salad: assemble, serve and enjoy!
In a large salad bowl, gently toss the romaine lettuce with half the Caesar dressing until the leaves are well coated.
Add the grilled chicken slices and croutons, then pour the remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle generously with grated parmesan.
The final touch: to impress your guests, add a few shavings of parmesan and a drizzle of CBD oil on top of the salad just before serving! Of course, if you have company, don't forget to point out that the recipe contains CBD.
