Ingredients for your CBD hot sauce

Here's what you'll need to make homemade CBD hot sauce:

  • 5 to 10 fresh chili peppers of your choice, depending on the desired level of spiciness;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 200 ml of cider vinegar;
  • 20 ml of quality CBD oil;
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • The juice of 1 lemon.

CBD hot sauce: let's get ready!

Select fresh peppers based on your heat tolerance and taste preferences: jalapeños for (relatively) moderate heat, or habaneros to increase the intensity.

Caution

When handling chili peppers, remember to wear gloves to avoid any skin irritation. Do not touch your eyes during preparation.

Start the preparation by roughly chopping the peppers and garlic cloves. In a saucepan, combine them with the cider vinegar. We are trying here to provide a tangy base to soften the heat of the peppers and preserve the sauce.

Next, add the brown sugar and a pinch of salt to balance the acidity and heat of the chili peppers. You will thus obtain a complex and flavorful sauce. It will have cachet and character! Once the base of your sauce is ready and slightly cooled, add the CBD oil. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the cannabidiol in your sauce.
