Ingredients for mushroom and CBD risotto (serves 4)
A good creamy risotto, mushrooms with a fleshy texture and good CBD with earthy and organic notes. This is what this revisited recipe for the famous Italian dish promises you! Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 300 g Arborio rice;
- 500 g of various mushrooms (shiitake, portobello, button mushrooms), for a mix of textures and flavors;
- 1 liter of vegetable stock, hot, to cook the rice and add flavor;
- 1 small onion, finely chopped as an aromatic base;
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced for depth of flavor;
- 50 ml of dry white wine to deglaze and add acidity;

Preparing risotto with mushrooms and CBD
