Euphoria Mini Collection Absinth Tasting
This box is sold with an essential tool for drinking absinthe in the respect of tradition: the perforated spoon. 🙌 The traditional method of tasting absinthe consists of placing sugar in the center of the spoon. You must then place the spoon on the edges of a glass containing a measure of absinthe, then pour fresh water over the sugar. Gradually, the sugar disappears and mixes with your drink.
If you prefer the bohemian method, you have to heat the sugar to bring a caramelized taste to the absinthe. Either way, adding sugar makes the absinthe smoother, sweeter and more palatable.
