This information must be transparent, documented, accessible and verifiable by our teams;
- Compliance with legal standards: CBD is a regulated product. For example, the THC concentration of finished products must not exceed 0.3%, in accordance with current French law. Each supplier must prove to us that they have implemented rigorous controls to guarantee this THC level, whether through the use of specific extraction techniques, the use of hemp varieties with low THC content, or regular testing. Also, suppliers must be able to prove that the CBD concentration advertised is the correct one, with a reasonable margin of error;
